0) iAd WorkBench: Testing is on-going and Apple is modifying parameters on system.
1) Zukav App: We received approved content recently, and app is close to being finished.
2) App-Flix: Technology Platform complete, release content being prepped*.
3) Funding: On-going talks with various parties, including reps for foreign investors.
4) Other: (Justice/Nanomechanics/Magazine App/NASA bid) Waiting for response/specs**.
5) Mega-Travel, Fitness:Technology Platform complete, release content being prepped*.
6) Major Tolle App Update: in development, probably after Zukav App release.

*”Content being prepped” refers to a major time-consuming process that involves converting thousands of video/audio files into many formats needed for Apple approval, and installing them on servers for streaming at various bandwidths.

**”Waiting for response/specs” it means we have been in talks, in some cases deals have been signed, and we have yet to receive formal App specifications and or needed content. It can take some companies/organizations significant time to decide functionality and release content for their specific app.

In general, most recently announced projects and deals are still in the works and on the table, unless specifically stated otherwise. Some of the larger organizations have multiple parties that need to approve all aspects of an App and the way it distributes content, so we can’t give specific timelines in those cases.

Yeah and mediafly was a game changer.
At least they extended the hold on raising the A/S and they will be forced to obtain financing
