Does SKTO help with cultivation? Apparently they "intend" to help with distribution of MMJ and give the patients the platform and pricing to order and receive MMJ w/PharmaJanes, right? If there is ANY confusion, it will be up to SKTO/DOPE to clear it up before an S-1 is approved.
