Nouveau Holdings, Ltd. Cancels Acquisition Agreement with B3SQUARE1 LLC
AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Nouveau Holdings Ltd., a Nevada corporation (OTC Markets:NHLI) and B3SQUARE1 LLC, a New York limited liability company (“B3SQ”), and the holders of the membership interests in B3SQ, have cancelled the Acquisition Agreement dated July 16, 2013.
B3SQ is an online gaming company. Dale Henry, CEO Nouveau Holdings Ltd, stated, "We are disappointed that the acquisition of B3SQUARE1 LLC has been cancelled due to lack of funding."
