Then you should also know that LADBS reports are called "LARR", short for Los Angeles Research Report. And per your quote and a conversation with the Lab, accordingly and as well, if the ESR is Suspended, so is the LARR. Yes, they still have an LARR, but it is Suspended. I know you guys want to minimize this issue, but if you have a code report, it is a big deal to lose it or have it suspended. It may not be to you, but it is to an AHJ.

Sorry, I didn't see your question on the bottom. Like an ESR, usually an LARR is no longer required, but there are some architects and AHJ's hung-up on legacy, and it can be problematic not having an LARR and/or one that is not suspended. Of course, if you keep the suspension a secret, that helps for sure. Lucky for Eco that ES doesn't broadcast the suspension, but they expect AHJ's to exercise due diligence.
But if you look at most of the places Eco Red Shield is being used, NO treated wood is required, so you could just as easily paint it with anything and still be code compliant. IN most cases, as far as the codes go, the coating is redundant, if we assume it actually does anything.
Another hammer may drop before the end of the month. It has nothing to do with toxic financing or reverse splits or even banana splits.
It's no secret why folks want to discount the suspension, but it's a rather simple issue. Here we go again. When your driver's license is suspended, you still have a license, but you can't drive with it. Would you go to a doctor with a suspended license? Would you hire and attorney that's been suspended? The list goes on. There's just no logic in suggesting a Suspension is meaningless in the scheme of things. These folks need to find something defensible because these excuses aren't helping your stock price.
