There is no denying that Alf seems to swim in the circle of the rich and famous of South Beach. He has tried to ditch the stench of Rico and Canouse, but that stench never comes off. Which brings me back to the point I made earlier:

The reason that jc sits in EXPU is because of rr and not because of al, rr is knowing jc for a very long time and al just for some times, perhaps just a year, its posted here at board.

So the connection is rr and joe..and not joe and al
