Typical, again everyone please provide something of FACT. dont re post something from another poster unless you know what they used to draw this conclusion. Please provide something solid from the court if you can dont think so and I am sure we will not see anything today based on history. Right yes right. Like I said the court papers shows the Judge pushed a ruling back to September 24 and this is to strike all of the BS the CEO made up and reading the motions JNSH filed it is clear the court can not use someone BS as proof just like me as a shareholder we dont use worthless post using no facts so why dont we just wait for the judge to rule on the facts which looks like it could happen any day all the way up to October. stay tune and see what the real facts provide and then everyone can post how they predicted the run and how they told everyone to buy.
