The dividend amount is based on the stock's perspectus. Here is a link that will get you there, showing fnmas. The different preferred stock symbols can be found on the fannie and freddie web sites. Preferreds existed before conservatorship and are considered orphan and widow stocks based on their (supposed) safety.
