If one pans for Gold on 100 rivers, and fails to produce but a few ounces, one has not been successful. Maybe it was the wise tales fault, or the land owners fault, or the prospectors fault, or maybe his guides knew not what they were doing.

Due to the on going telescope project, the only people who will be able to answer your questions concerning the G4 will all of course be ignorant, ...of the science that is.
