With Putin inserting himself in the Syrian issue, Russia now owns the problem...apparently Pres Obama got Russia's attention by threatening to strike Syria.

News this morning: Sec'ty of State Kerry and Russia's Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov have reached an agreement on a framework to destroy Syria's chem weapons.
