10 MHZ of 1.9 GHZ band former Terrestar spectrum for sale for a minimum of 1.56 Billion !

Please lord help us ! Why were Terestar's spectrum holdings constantly undervalued and are still today ?

Terrestar still holds 8 MHZ of 1.4 GHZ spectrum which was in their bankruptcy filings completely undervalued at 177 million instead of 1.17 Billion. Look at the minimum FCC price set for the auction of 10 MHZ in the 1.9 GHZ band in 2014.
