I disagree that making a few hundred K per year is peanuts compared to what they can make with a higher pps. A few hundred k per year is a million bucks after 5 years.
Without the company showing much growth, how much is the company really worth? Remember, stock price MOSTLY represents future growth. I dont have the head to do calculations now but with close to 60 million outstanding shares, do you think this stock is worth a whole dollar per share? 50 cents per share? I would say growth slowed, and it clearly is not growing rapidly, why should the pss be more than 20-25 cents? And, if they do put out press and start selling their own shares, how soon before this stock and their company tanks? So, going back to my original point some of you agreed to, it is way easier for them to bide their time and sit on some nice salaries. Eventually they can flip the company and make a decent profit, but dont expect them to sell for anywhere near a dollar per share at this rate. Not unless they have some huge private growth plans in play that we have not been privy to see.
