It has come to our knowledge through various web postings that Medinah Mining claims that the deal regarding the ADL project has been cancelled. Amarant Mining has never received any formal notification of any defaults and will take necessary steps to protect its interests in the ADL deal.

What makes you think that they will do the right thing with just changing the term "Potential Resources"?

I merely informed them of their incorrect use of the term and the implications it has. Rather than getting all bent out of shape wondering what they will or won't do in that regard, I think I'll just wait and judge when the next opportunity for them to use the terms occurs.

Speaking of judging...

when they cannot and will not fulfill their judiciary obligations to shareholders?

I've never heard of any corporate officials having judiciary obligations to their shareholders.
