I spoke with MG also and they told me they sold their shares because they are looking to get out of the business. They said that SUMM has potential however they are not looking for additional clientele at the moment and couldn't perform adequate IR services for them.
MG has had some good deals in the past (real or not, I'm not sure) and it looks like the new market conditions have caused them the exit the industry, if you search you'll find that they're listed for sale.
