Anyway, what pretrial motion can you file for preventing activision to bring up a relevant point to the case? They are allotted 2 hours and 30 minutes to state their case. Being a company that has not produced anything is very relevant to the case.
I brought up comments from 2009 because those are normal people and their opinion of worlds.
But anyway this stock is headed to 10$ and I can't believe we are the only people smart enough to invest in it!
