your 3 year dividend estimates after accounting for the 8% base.
Are you using two spinoffs?
What kind of spinoff geometry are you using exactly going forward and at what market cap. What percentage of shares Ipo'ed...what % of cash given to shareholders.
And the O/S estimate.
