Rich supposedly told someone on this MB that Mack Frankel's house was not in forclosure in the last PR cycle. Frankel was the Ragsdale of the last deal. I found the foreclosure case on the NY Court system, it had the same address as Frankel's business address in the PR. A few week's after that discovery, Frankel was discharged from GLER's BOD and the deal fell apart.
