They really have some brass balls when they ask shareholders for more.
OK. Well imagine the scenario that played out for management in late September 2012. Here they were all probably on cloud nine with good data in hand, a partnership almost done, and shareholders happy like little puppies in Central Park (I am sure there are better analogies, but is all I could think of without my second cup of coffee). Well suddenly they learn about the coding discrepancies, have to withdraw from a Conference, the stock crashes, and as the cherry on the top the loan is called back with a $1 million penalty. Brass may not have been strong enough during those few days I imagine. Yet today we find ourselves at a spot where most development companies would love to be in. I say kudos to those boys with the brass balls.
