Here is one thing I found out about that address and 9 acres with it that was built in 2004 and sold for $185,000.

Does this property make up about half the "mine" that's now worth millions?

Anybody thinking of putting any money into this probably ought to check the county real estate records and see what's going on here. That would be a worthwhile piece of DD for anybody with money involved in this.
