East - when you call Lutz back, ask him why he and Phil lied to investors regarding why DFTS is on the pinksheets (they intentionally omitted the fact that DFTS is on the pinks due to their inability to file the June 20 2005 10k). Also, ask him why he lied about the refilings that happened back in June. Lutz said it was due to Amex discussions. We now know that it was due to the SEC conversations. While you are on the topic, why don't you ask why they didn't feel compelled to tell investors back in June that the SEC was reviewing their financials. Also, ask him what the hold up is with the DFTS 10k filing (I guarantee you it is due to an SEC review)
