Yep, made a nice profit brokering the deal and supervising the rehab of a small commercial building.

Going to close next month on a very sweet Frank Lloyd Wright-style 1950's ranch house (not his, of course, but a follower), one-owner, got it from the estate, we're going to go completely retro. Should be fun.
