For whatever reason, some refuse to acknowledge the fact that the settlement only involves XCP, MMXT V3.and V5.
That is no different than pleading to failure to negotiate a curve and agreeing not to drive that road for 2 years.
Yet somebody only reads not being able to drive for 2 years.
