Yep. Everyone wants to buy at the bid and then complain that the stock is not moving. Buys at the ASK supports the stock.

Current price doesn't appear to reflect the value of the stock, because the price is getting pushed down by such small volume. This stock might be worth holding if only for that reason alone.
