WW, I certainly do not believe that Fuse has reached 100% saturation of WG stores and even agree with you about the size of the NJ market. But I have personally stopped in WG stores in NC, DE, VA, WV, SC, FL, PA, and MD and have observed PF and EF on the shelves of every Walgreens except one. (Spotsylvania) I have now visited over 75 WGs in my travels and Fuse has been on the shelves of all but one. (Some several packages and some the same two dust covered packages, this post is not about sell through!) Surely if NJ can be used as a representative sample then 8 states can as well. I am not saying we are in every store, again, nor am I saying that I am TOTALLY pleased with the roll out but I do think the number is higher that you are figuring.
