I agree, unfortunately that is never likely. Companies do not let themselves be used like that and put restrictions in their offers. It isn't often that you see a NR announcing a declined offer.
I agree. I was thinking the same thing, esp since they wouldn't have to name any names, but still in the best interest of the s/h. So why do you think hasn't happened. It points to what... would you say?
Did you see what happened to ONXX a month ago, they declined an offer for 120/sh stock was 85.00 5 days prior to decline and shareholders took the stock to almost 140/sh.. We could use a situation like that here...IMO
