I think you are confusing this with other Penny junk stocks often toted on IHUB.

They will NOT be issuing shares, or doing a reverse split. This is not a company with a $1M valuation, and they just did a Forward split about 14 months ago in Brazil.

Both of these ideas are out of LEFT field and have NEVER been mentioned by company or management in ANY context.

If they did issue shares, it would be via private placement, or Convertible Debentures .
