I share your same sentiments here with GBIQ. I think I'm going to hang around for a while to see what further unfolds. It's hard for me to think that they have done what they have done so far for only this that happened today to be it. I am expecting much more. I think they are going public now because they believe they have a story to tell. Acquiring patents and purchase orders of $28.5 million USD, I'd say they have a story to tell too... a good one.
Also, being a ”fully reporting” company trading on the OTCQB while regularly filing ”Audited Financials” and other key documents with the SEC can go a long way as for transparency. The deal will have enough made transparent for us investors to further research. I think we are now in good hands:
