The settlement agreement filed with the court is the only one that means anything. Sting....he is correct. As far as MM 6.0 or any other MM future copyprotection "save all", it doens't exist. It is only speculation that MMXT will now come forward with this new and improved product. there is no proof it exists, no info from the company that it is forthcoming except from the "privledged few" who say they have talked to someone at the company. If you really read the court doc, you will see that nothing is going to happen that is going to help MMXT ro SCMI in the near future. Its a shame or did I mean to say "sham".
Guess it would be too tough for Kev to come forward and tell us all what he is planning to do. It sure wouldn't hurt the shareprice would it. As it is we have a declining PPS, No merger, and dividends that have been used to finance a merger....this translates into insuring salaries to mgmt.
