I agree, but I'm not in love with the 70/30.

My type of thinking would be to get a much smaller % (maybe 10%) and move quickly through the industry to capture the majority of it vs a hefty 30%. But then, I'm not a billionaire either. However they do it and whatever part of the market is captured will be good.
