Agreed. I like their odds too, and from their transactions anyone can see that they were very straightforward, timely, transparent and honest.
As I said earlier, either way I'd like for this case to end one way or another. I feel a lot of energy and time is being spent on something that obviously will give a huge boost to the company if it wins, but on the other hand with the effort being spent is starting to get detrimental to the company's focus.
An interesting point is that JNSH said its willing to assume the liabilities for this once resolved in its favor, indicating that it has lines of credit available for it, if required. This is a positive sign as I believe Brian is going to aggressively pursue something else with that line, if this stalemates.
So the days ahead are going to be brighter no matter what. I feel just hearing from the company regularly will put us back to the 0.02s. I'm ready to move on and I think JNSH is too. Lets hope we get a resolution this week! :)
