anything under 4.67 is safe IMO, the offering price in China
4.67 is what it converts too in ADR.
The warrants should be a new stock symbol and issued to current ADR holders (on the 16th) that you can trade, or you can convert them to shares at $6. Warrants are 1 for every share you own.
