No. there is no "listing". NASDAQ quotes everything. It has quote everything for decades. Just go ahead and test it. Listing in NASDAQ is different than being quoted in NASDAQ. This is nothing new. All reporting market makers get automatically quoted in NASDAQ. Period.
It is this NASDAQ link the one that I have mentioned on several occasions to show that BCCI was once a $120.00 stock. IT is the same company as the old ICTN. IT had a name change and nothing more. Go in there are ask for a chart of GM, and it doesn't go way into the past. It only goes back a couple of years. Same name as the old GM but really a different company. Just go ahead, go there and pluck whatever name you want.
