Really. The prior assessments involved the wrong HAWKS Manufacturing Co. (The deal is with a HAWKS with no government contracts) and the prior comments insinuated HAWKS was going to 'give' their new acquisitions to GLER for a 20% stock swap. Neither of which have been factual.

GLER has a history of lies (what happened to all those May acquisitions) and is a papermill for dumping shares (if you remotely read and believe that last filing).

But wait.....Did you check out the checkered history of the infamous PE firm? The address claimed by Hawks Manufacturing ( A private residence)...or...oh heck it is all a scam being covered up as a real venture and everybody knows it.
