I will not hang up until I get the name of the true Transfer Agent (or at least ask her to find out), since American has once again a few minutes ago confirmed to me verbally that they are no longer the T/A for ONCO and has no forwarding T/A.

We'll keep digging. Eventually we will figure this out.
