Don't know if Institutional-Buyers look at pinky's
especially in the trips...I have seen penny plays benifit from IB's...
Usually Co's need prolific spread sheets,working income positive cash flow,track rec,etc...

That is NOT short "interest". It is only FINRA short volume reporting under Rule 200. Most penny stocks have reported short sales every day since MM do not have inventory on hand. It is usually covered within seconds. It has NOTHING to do with short interest.
