Is in it a fact, if someone from a publicly held company lies in order to help sell its share, based on the lie. Can't his be concerted as fraud.
So, If Ortiz says TDEY is not diluting and is diluting. Would this not be fraud. SO, an email to the Feds complaining about this scam( if in fact he was lying about dilution, suck us in to buy TDEY)) An email would not be a mad idea.

Concerning the # of shares the folks of this board own.
