How can anyone have faith in this company with their track record.
The only ones making any current $$$ are JJ and his crew of insiders.
MDMN stockholders will have to get lucky in that JJ accidently stumbles on economically recoverable resources. It would appear that this is not how this crew makes any $$$, rather they mine the stockholders which from their point of view is a surer bet.
As far as a exchange listed public company as a JV partner I doubt any such company would want to be connected to this crew at MDMN.
Too many unanswered questions, all of which have been raised on this board and the company just ignores them and will continue to do so just as they have for many years past.
