A VP that I spoke to (email) at LBHI, who puts the communications out on their website, like the distribution notices, did some digging and said that Lehman was not behind the uplisting. If that is true, then the trustee makes the most sense to me (whoever that is), but that's my uneducated opinion. I don't claim to know enough to say this is what MM's do or don't do or what they are really supossed to do vs what they really do...
