Why do you think the quarterly report hasn't been issued yet for the end of June? Dilution up the ying yang here. They issued 62 MILLION shares free trading in the 1st quarter alone. Since that time and until the end of August another 600 MILLION shares were issued to someone for something or other. The authorized has been increased to 5 BILLION in August. You bet your sweet bippy there is dilution here!
