Appalled if you dont think that a public traded company does that to pay bills and to do any kind of busnisess. You need to take a look at HYI* and i am invested in it. In a little over a month they have raised thier O/S from 128 Million to 966 Million to get another mine and it pulled the shares down from the .008,s to the .0001,s and its trading at .0005 now and will probably be in the .00,s pretty quick the way it looks now. Did they ever report to increase of AS to 1 billion shares? Last 10k still says 200 million?
