Question: You do, or you do not, understand why some here are expecting CTs to be paid?

I have no idea why some expect to be paid. I keep reading that the DD was done and it is not necessary to repeat. I owned the senior unsecured unsubs. I got 26 cents on the dollar settlement. Some here must see some quirk in the law if they think a senior debt holder will not be paid 100%, but a junior unsecured subordinated debt holder we see a recovery before the seniors are made whole.
The CTs rank just above the traditional preferreds.

So, someone please tell me why they expect a distribution.
