Likely not, depending on your definition of soon. Many of us here bought thinking markman would be in July. It has been postponed a couple of times now and I do not believe is currently on the calendar at all.
But such is the case with stocks that depend on binary court events. It's what you risk when you invest here. Anyone who invests in any stock like this looking for a quick return is going to be sorely disappointed.
If "soon" is within the next few months then likely so. With these stocks, there is very little gradual growth. The growth is sudden and massive and then the price shrinks slowly back until the next massive move. Things will be heating up around here in the next 1.5 months, and if a Markman is put back on the calendar, things will get even more exciting.
