Look dude, if you didn't even do enough DD to scroll up to the top of the page and see how many shares there are of each ct after all of this time, I'm sure you haven't put the effort into finding out how the grey market is different than the pinks. That is more than enough reason for them to be barely trading, or for it to appear so.
I don't have a theory, I was just following a train of thought to see where it was going.
