To go NASDAQ, the audit must show sufficient net worth.
IMO, much of the net worth (which I don't believe was enough anyway, a listing expert can comment) suddenly added in the recently released unaudited financials will not be there when the audit is completed; further, I predict that most if not all of previously reported profits will also evaporate.
That audit sure takes a while... I remember in June talking about it as if it was 30 days out..
Then again, I knew it would take a long time and warned everybody here and at the company that doing everything for the uplist was at least a year away. Only extremely well oiled machines can do it in 6 to 9 months. BH seemed to think he could manage it but I warned he hasn't taken it all the way before. Lets just hope there isn't another shareholder coup d'tat before he has the opportunity to finish like last time. :-)
I am sure it will be 12 to 24 months from the time they began back in March 2013. March 2014 will be the 3/4 mark - mark my words.
