Agreed completely. The falling share price is more a result of multiple "scam" and "fraud" claims, and weak hands selling millions of shares in response to those claims than anything else. Smart money is holding or buying here.

Failure to disclose what the 14mill is would be the biggest problem. No cash, no revs is what I was getting at with no income/money.

Name change was the only thing done imo since the divvy stuff is BS. Last I checked I dont have sht in my account from the "spin-off".
