I agree as well since I am in the field selling and helping buyer obtain a loan from many different banks.

This time of the year in September is when school starts and the most of the buyers who are looking have already received accepted offers. There is still activity but not as much as the summer months. Holidays is when all buyers are with family and friends and nit in urgency to purchase or look for properties...

It's only getting better from now as I see the housing becoming better and we already hit the bottom.

How do you figure there will be more buyers once interest rates hit 7-8%?

Good point. Thanks. I'm just wanting the stock to breakout again, and we've had enough negative news all summer, regarding FnF. It's time for the possitive news to start rolling out....
