After a bump up on anticipation it is slipping and you're probably right, it's the APS MO to let a stock drop to as low as possible so when they do announce, they can take credit for any increase.
It's too high now, probably the lows of last week .14-6 would be the entry point. Even if it's not APS (may come out under their affiliate Victory Mark so they don't look like they got cornered), it has been promo'd by other promoters and there's still awarness/ eyes on the stock. But holding right now is more a big gamble than a well-reasoned investment IMO.
