Looks like Global Power and Water had a shady history way before Jerry went to work there.Maybe that is what made him resign from working for them.Heres FRAUD, BREACH OF FIDITIARY DUTY ,BREACH OF CONTRACT Doesnt look like Global Power was filled with reputable people

The company was not flat broke, as it raised over $1.6 million. The company was in the process of applying to merge into the RVLU shell that the investors in GPWI PAID FOR! You can see the documents in XNRG filings.

That was a law suit from an investor that did not want to convert his shares from Preferred to Common stock. The law suit had no merit as there was nothing specifically sited as Fraud. And the investor signed all of the proper disclaimer in his own attorney's office with his attorney looking over all of the investment documents. They have no case.
