Commons were delisted by Judge Peck with a stroke of his pen, and now sit as "One Big Share"

Cts were delisted and sat on the greys(how they got delisted to greys is a ?) until some entity I say MM others say Lehman filed paperwork to up-list. Someone here posted there must be a paper trail maybe one of you can find it and submit it here.

Maybe you can answer a question, why only 3 and not all 4 got up-listed?

Wrong on many counts:

Pinksheets or OTCMarkets is not an exchange. Amex, NYSE and Nasdaq are exchanges.

OTCMarkets didn't "delist" any Lehman ticker, the culprit is FINRA.

Look at bottom of this page where the CTs were were mistakenly removed from what is shown on OTCMarkets:

http://www.otcbb.com/asp/dailylist_detail.asp?mkt_ctg=ALL&d=03/06/2012

FINRA did it.

On that same page the commons and the regular preferreds were cancelled, and correctly so, and removed from being shown by OTCMarket.........by FINRA.

FINRA allows market makers to show BID/ASK information or not to.
