i have no idea >> i only follow (invest) in a handful of OTC co.s i've never claimed to be an *expert* on all aspects of every OTC co. i leave that 99 *percentage* stat to be trotted out as and when *required*
exactly who is an enabler and is the implication (your words) that JBI is a scam?
as i've already noted to you once today >> *ACC* i don't view investing as a team sport ..
as i've also just noted >> i look for *legitimacy* and mgmt's *awareness*
both can go a long way towards *deflecting* the PROs' *attn*
the key always comes down to a co.s control of the share structure and mgmt's ability to execute within a realistic time frame based on funding (access to capital)
hence my comments about VCs' and *avgs*
re: caveats >> my caveats are just that >> MINE
as i've always noted they will be different for every investor based on acumen, DD and time lines
clarity will also be different for each individual ..
i don't mock choices .. since i expect all to do their DD and *locate* their own comfort level re: their monies and investment in JBI
i do despise stock manipulation and pps *orchestration* and look forward to the day when there is 100 percent transparency across all levels
it's equally clear to me that documentation of OTC *trades* has caught the attn of certain entities .. who would prefer those patterns not to be *revealed* >> JBI (via P2O) provides that validation and vindication >> i'm happy to say i've learned a lot in 5 years based on patterns in play and my documentation
i have no doubts about P2O's validity let alone JBI's evolution over 4 years
.. and with the *imo* recent wresting back of the co. with RH at the helm (pun intended)
i have no doubts about future time lines in play
personally i'm stunned by what has been accomplished in 4 years (3 imo if one remembers the *set up* orchestrated in 2011 and 2012)
lastly .. i've articulated risk/reward scenarios and have done so at every stage of JBI's *transition*
if the belief held is that JBI is a scam >> we literally have nothing to discuss further
