As far as I am concerned, Comtax/Jerry are the same entity. He spoke for Comtax on our conference call with all the management of Xun on the line. That will come back and bite him in the ass. And he can not change that. Comtax is an affiliate of XUN and has never disclosed that....therefore, all of the millions of shares they control and have sold, should be treated as affiliate shares and be restricted according to the terms of affiliate stock.
I have no issues with Xun, I have major problems with Jerry/Comtax.
